Matchmaking
You may notice some reviews I have written were sponsored reviews. SponsoredReviews is the first paid-blogging system to allow advertisers and bloggers to be both passive and active at their own preference. This is a novel idea. I call it as “two-way communication”. Advertisers can post opportunities to attract bids from bloggers and bloggers can search through opportunities and bid on them directly, or bloggers can post their profiles to attract offers from advertisers and advertisers can search through bloggers profiles and purchase reviews directly.
This paid-blogging system was newly launched this year compared with its competitors, however, I watched and walked along with its swift and steady growth based on its enterpriser’s wise and contemporary business concept and earnest attitude, and I grow with them together.
This “two-way communication” is very encouraging system for bloggers. This ensures that both bloggers and advertisers won’t miss precious opportunities. The blogsphere is a vast and colorful community. Each blog is unique in some way. It’s very hard to classify all and difficult to guarantee that no chance is missed. You will double the exposure with this “two-way communication” system.
This reminds me of matchmaking system. When you post your profile, you may get a lot or a little reply solely based on your brief self-introduction. When you get a lot reply, it happens that most of them may be unwanted. However, if you do a search based on your query, you may find some other unnoticed profiles that catch your attention.
I clearly remember my second review opportunity was initially offered by the advertiser. I didn’t expect this offer since I was worried that my blog might not meet their page rank criteria. However, my audience is their target market and they probably favor my writing style. Since then, I try to seize more opportunities for both sakes.
As I mentioned early, SponsoredReviews’ enterpriser has wise and contemporary business concept and earnest attitude. They care about advertisers and bloggers. They spend time summarizing a lot of resourceful tips to help the growth of advertisers and bloggers. In regard to their tip about "post length", I do believe the longer the better, because visitors find you through search engines and search engines prefer long and unique text. When readers reached your blog, it's at their preference how to read the article. There are always some scan, skip extensive and also intensive reading skills involved. As long as you believe your article is well organized, don't worry about the length. The longer the more likely the readers will bookmark or share your article or comment on it and of course they will come back again for updates.
Yeah, you can find my profile there and don't forget to create some buzz for your products / services.
