My boyfriend and I have been dating for a while. We were going to tell my parents, but my mom found out. (she found a hickey) She was really disappointed. She says he doesn’t love me and that im just a game for him. But I know that is not true, we love each other.
Im 18. I go to college. I work full time. My boyfriend is 22. He works and lives on his own. We are responsible. He came to talk to my parents and explain to them that he truely cares for me, but my mom doesn’t believe anything he says. My parents didn’t forbid me to see him but my mom continues telling me i’m making a mistake. And we aren’t “allowed” to see each other anywhere alone. The only way is for him to visit me at my parents house.. Advice???

Since your parents don’t forbid you to see him even though the only way is for him to visit you at parents house, he still has chance.
Your parents care about you. It’s actually the time to test if your boyfriend truly loves you.
