I had a friend who betrayed me by asking my boyfriend in private if he would leave me for her. He is still friend with her and I am supposed to act like she never did this. I don’t want her around my boyfriend. Should I leave my boyfriend because he refuses to stop being friends with her?

If your boyfriend refuses to stop being friends with your friend, I would suggest you not to push him. You can give yourself a period of time to see whether your boyfriend is trustworthy. If the result is positive, without your pushing your boyfriend may not actually contact much with her; if you finally find you can’t stand this, you make your own decision to stay or leave.
It’s all about trust and how much your boyfriend cares about you.
