I have been with my husband for almost 12 years now and we have 2 kids together. I cheated on him about a year ago and it was the worst mistake I have ever made and now he is cheating on me and doesn’t want to be with me, he says that he loves me but he isn’t being in love with me and that he can’t trust me.

Don't blame yourself too much. Life is a series of experiences and lessons. We all make mistakes. We can make some up right away but some others in the future. Just remember not to make the same mistake again.
We are only grown-ups for our children and actually there's never an end for growing up.
He may learn to forgive and there will be a satisfying end for you in the future; if not, you will be able to make it up in your next experience.
