You are just being protective and scared you’ll lose your boyfriend, which is understandable. However, you should not bicker with him.
Your boyfriend is a wonderful man and you trust him. You should not bicker with him, instead, you should calmly talk things through to him as you do to me.
Tell him that he’s a wonderful man and that you trust him, but that you don’t want him to get hurt by his ex-girlfriend again. Please don’t comment on his ex-girlfriend in front of him. He knows her better than you do and you are in an unfavorable position to do so.
If he’s a wonderful man and you trust him, he’ll do it right. In case he gets hurt again, it’s still his business.
If she has a hidden agenda and she’ll hurt him again, he’ll eventually know. To bicker with him is to your disadvantage.
As for you, I suggest you to neglect her as if she’s nonexistent. If he’s yours, he’ll always be yours. Treat him the way as you always treat him. Don’t bicker with him. Only your tenderness will keep him.
